Refund Policy

Generally, all ticket sales are final and refunds cannot be issued. Tickets may be transferred to another guest after contacting Sydney Kids Committee Ticket Secretary.

In exceptional circumstances only, a request for a refund is subject to review by the committee, and will be addressed on a case by case basis. No further correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery Policy

As tickets are purchased you will be emailed a receipt. Your e-receipt is your ticket to the event and will grant you access to the event on the night. No physical tickets will be issued.
